Job description

Corendon Curacao is seeking a dedicated and vigilant Security Officer to join our dynamic Security department. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our guests and premises, as well as assisting with the operation and maintenance of our water slides.

  • Maintain a visible presence to deter potential security threats

  • Respond promptly to any security incidents or emergencies

  • Assist guests with any inquiries or concerns they may have

  • Ensure the proper functioning and safety of the water slides

  • Perform regular inspections and maintenance tasks on the slides

  • Enforce safety rules and regulations to ensure the well-being of all guests

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a security-related role

  • Valid security certification or license

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations

  • Strong attention to detail and observation skills

  • Physical fitness and ability to stand for long periods of time

  • Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and holidays

  • Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team

  • Basic computer skills
