Job description

We are looking for a hands-on Recruiter with strong hospitality knowledge to manage high-volume recruitment across our four resorts in Curaçao. This role requires someone who understands hotel operations and speaks the “hotel language,” enabling effective partnership with resort leaders and fast, quality hiring in a dynamic, guest-focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

·       Manage high-volume, end-to-end recruitment for operational hotel roles across all resorts.

·       Work closely with resort management to understand staffing needs, job requirements, and operational priorities.

·       Source candidates proactively through local networks, job boards, referrals, and recruitment events.

·       Coordinate and manage interviews, selection processes, and offers in a fast-paced environment.

·       Support onboarding and pre-employment processes in collaboration with the HR team.

·       Maintain accurate recruitment administration, pipelines, and reporting.

·       Support seasonal hiring campaigns and mass recruitment initiatives.

Job requirements

Profile

·       Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Hospitality Management, or relevant experience.

·       Proven experience in high-volume recruitment, preferably within hotels or resorts.

·       Strong understanding of hotel operations, departments, and operational roles.

·       Ability to communicate effectively with operational leaders using hospitality terminology and practices.

·       Fluency in Dutch, English, and Papiamentu is required.

·       Highly organized, proactive, and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines.

·       Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
