Job description

  • Answer incoming calls and assist guests with their inquiries or redirect them to the appropriate department

  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally

  • Process reservations and manage room availability

  • Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions

  • Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively

  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.

Job requirements

  • Prior experience in a similar role is preferred

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure

  • Proficiency in using hotel management software

  • Fluency in English and Dutch; knowledge of other languages is a plus

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
