
Job description
Answer incoming calls and assist guests with their inquiries or redirect them to the appropriate department
Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and professionally
Process reservations and manage room availability
Provide accurate information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and effectively
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations.
Job requirements
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong problem-solving abilities
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Proficiency in using hotel management software
Fluency in English and Dutch; knowledge of other languages is a plus
Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays
