Job description

Mangrove Beach Corendon Curaçao is seeking a Night Demi Chef to join our dynamic team in the Kitchen department. As a Night Demi Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary offerings during the night shift.

  • Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and recipes

  • Ensure food is served promptly and at the correct temperature

  • Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation

  • Follow all health and safety regulations

  • Collaborate with the Head Chef and team members to develop new menu items

  • Assist in the training and development of junior kitchen staff

Job requirements

  • Previous experience as a Demi Chef or similar role

  • Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Good communication and teamwork skills

  • Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends
