Night Demi Chef at Corendon Hotels & Resorts Curaçao
Mangrove Beach Corendon Curaçao is seeking a Night Demi Chef to join our dynamic team in the Kitchen department. As a Night Demi Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our culinary offerings during the night shift.
In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking high-quality dishes, ensuring that they are served promptly and to the highest standards. You will work closely with the Head Chef and other team members to create a memorable dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and recipes
Ensure food is served promptly and at the correct temperature
Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
Follow all health and safety regulations
Collaborate with the Head Chef and team members to develop new menu items
Assist in the training and development of junior kitchen staff
Job requirements
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Demi Chef or similar role
Strong knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Excellent attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills
Flexibility to work night shifts and weekends
