Maintenance Supervisor

Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support

Plan and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion

Inspect facilities regularly to identify any maintenance needs

Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs

Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly

Train and develop maintenance staff to enhance their skills

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a supervisory role within the maintenance field

Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems

Proven ability to lead and manage a team of maintenance technicians

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and ability to ensure high-quality work

Knowledge of safety regulations and ability to enforce them

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

Valid driver's license
