We seek dedicated Kitchen Staff for Bakery, Pastry, and À la Carte to prepare dishes, support daily operations, maintain quality and presentation, and follow hygiene and safety standards.
Job description
Prepare, cook, and present bakery, pastry, or à la carte dishes according to recipes and quality standards
Assist in daily ‘mise en place’ and ensure workstations are clean, organized, and well‑stocked
Support senior chefs in production tasks and contribute to menu execution
Maintain high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation
Follow all hygiene, safety, and HACCP guidelines
Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient kitchen operations
Assist with stock rotation, storage, and minimizing food waste
Contribute to a positive, professional, and productive kitchen environment
Job requirements
Experience in a professional kitchen (level depends on position)
Passion for culinary arts, creativity, and attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Knowledge of hygiene and safety standards
Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
