We seek dedicated Kitchen Staff for Bakery, Pastry, and À la Carte to prepare dishes, support daily operations, maintain quality and presentation, and follow hygiene and safety standards.

Job description

  • Prepare, cook, and present bakery, pastry, or à la carte dishes according to recipes and quality standards

  • Assist in daily ‘mise en place’ and ensure workstations are clean, organized, and well‑stocked

  • Support senior chefs in production tasks and contribute to menu execution

  • Maintain high standards of food quality, portion control, and presentation

  • Follow all hygiene, safety, and HACCP guidelines

  • Collaborate with the team to ensure efficient kitchen operations

  • Assist with stock rotation, storage, and minimizing food waste

  • Contribute to a positive, professional, and productive kitchen environment

Job requirements

  • Experience in a professional kitchen (level depends on position)

  • Passion for culinary arts, creativity, and attention to detail

  • Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
