We are looking for a practical and driven IT Associate to provide support across four hotel locations. Are you technically skilled, detail-oriented, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves to get the job done? Then we are looking for you!
As an IT Associate, you will be responsible for managing and supporting the IT environment across multiple hotel locations. You ensure that networks, workstations, and security systems function properly and assist staff with IT-related questions and technical issues.
Responsibilities
Provide on-site support to users experiencing IT issues
Manage and perform basic configuration of LAN and network systems
Work with DHCP and network configurations
Install and configure hardware and software
Troubleshoot network, Wi-Fi, and workstation problems
Prepare and install laptops and desktops for new employees
Collect, clean, and reconfigure equipment when employees leave
Monitor and maintain CCTV / camera systems
Perform preventive maintenance
Deliver IT support across four hotel locations
Job requirements
Knowledge of LAN, DHCP, and general networking
Experience with workstation management and IT support
Accurate and structured work approach
Hands-on, practical mentality
No 9-to-5 mentality (flexible availability for urgent issues)
Willingness to perform physical and on-site tasks
Independent and solution-oriented mindset
Strong communication skills
Valid driver’s license (required)
