Housekeeping Supervisor

Corendon Mangrove Beach Resort is currently seeking a Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Housekeeping department. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our resort for our valued guests.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of housekeeping staff, ensuring that all rooms and public areas are cleaned and maintained to the highest standards. You will also be responsible for training and developing your team, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the housekeeping staff

• Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and adherence to standards

• Train and develop housekeeping staff to deliver exceptional service

• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed

• Handle guest requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner

• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within the housekeeping department

• Strong leadership and communication skills

• Excellent organizational and time management abilities

• Knowledge of housekeeping procedures and best practices

• Ability to train and motivate a team of housekeeping staff

• Attention to detail and a high level of cleanliness standards

• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as required

• Ability to handle and resolve guest complaints or issues

• Understanding of health and safety regulations in relation to housekeeping operations
