Housekeeping Coordinator at The Rif at Corendon Hotels & Resorts Curacao

Coordinate and schedule housekeeping staff to ensure adequate coverage

Inspect rooms and public areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with company standards

Train new housekeeping staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols

Order and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues regarding housekeeping

Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences

Minimum of 2 years experience in housekeeping management

Strong organizational and time management skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in using housekeeping software and tools

Ability to train and supervise housekeeping staff

Knowledge of health and safety regulations

Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certification is a plus
