As a Guest Assistance team member at Livingstone Janthiel Resort, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have a memorable stay. Your responsibilities will include assisting guests with check-ins and check-outs, providing information about the hotel facilities and local attractions, and addressing any guest complaints with professionalism and efficiency.

  • Assist guests with smooth check-ins and check-outs

  • Provide information about hotel amenities and nearby attractions

  • Handle guest complaints promptly and effectively

  • Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests

  • Ensure guest satisfaction by anticipating their needs and exceeding expectations

  • Offer personalized service to enhance the guest experience

  • Maintain a neat and organized front desk area

  • Assist in resolving billing and payment issues

Job requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch.

  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Positive attitude and a passion for providing exceptional guest experiences.
