Front Office Agent at The Ritz Village

The Ritz is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented Front Office Agent to join our Front Office department. As a Front Office Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out process.

Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner

  • Handle guest inquiries and provide accurate information about the resort and its amenities

  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures

  • Manage reservations and room assignments

  • Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and efficiently

  • Ensure the front desk area is clean and organized

  • Maintain a high level of knowledge about the local area and attractions to assist guests with recommendations


Job requirements


  • Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and reservation systems

  • Ability to handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records

  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays

  • Proficiency in English, Dutch and Spanish; knowledge of additional languages is a plus

  • Positive attitude and a friendly demeanor

  • Ability to work well in a team and independently

  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
