The Ritz Curacao is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our Food and Beverage (F&B) department as an Allround F&B Employee. As an Allround F&B Employee, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of service and satisfaction for our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the preparation and serving of food and beverages

• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the F&B area

• Greet and seat guests, taking their orders and providing recommendations

• Deliver food and beverages to guests in a timely manner

• Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints

• Maintain knowledge of menu items and daily specials

• Collaborate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations

• Adhere to all health and safety regulations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
