Job requirements

To be considered for the Demi Chef position at Mondi @Livingstone, you should meet the following requirements:

  • You have a passion for cooking, have all-round knowledge of various dishes and you can't wait to show your talents in the kitchen

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment

  • You are service-oriented, hospitable and socially minded

  • You can work independently and in a team

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices

  • Strong communication skills

  • Capability to follow recipes accurately and efficiently
