Mangrove Beach Corendon Curaçao is seeking a talented and passionate Demi Chef to join our dynamic Kitchen team. As a Demi Chef, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of culinary delights for our guests.

- Assist the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking various dishes.
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following all sanitation guidelines.

- Monitor food stock levels and communicate any shortages or discrepancies.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations.
Job requirements
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Demi Chef or similar role.
- Knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
