Chef de Partie - Kitchen Department
Corendon Mangrove Beach Resort is seeking talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic team in the Kitchen department. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of culinary delights for our guests.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and recipes provided
Assist in the development of new menu items and specials
Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
Supervise and train junior kitchen staff
Ensure efficient stock control and minimize wastage
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Job requirements
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen environment
Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and practices
Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality food
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately
Excellent communication skills
