Chef de Partie - Kitchen Department

Corendon Mangrove Beach Resort is seeking talented and passionate Chef de Partie to join our dynamic team in the Kitchen department. As a Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of culinary delights for our guests.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to the menu and recipes provided

  • Assist in the development of new menu items and specials

  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation

  • Supervise and train junior kitchen staff

  • Ensure efficient stock control and minimize wastage

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations


Job requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen environment

  • Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and practices

  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality food

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

  • Excellent communication skills
