Chef de Partie Position at Mangrove Beach Corendon Curacao

We are seeking a talented Chef de Partie to join our dynamic team in the Kitchen department at Corendon Hotels & Resorts Curaçao. As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes, ensuring consistency in flavor and presentation. You will collaborate with the culinary team to create innovative menus and maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment.

  • Prepare and cook delicious meals following our recipes

  • Assist in menu planning and development

  • Monitor food stock and place orders as needed

  • Ensure compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations

  • Train and mentor junior kitchen staff

Job requirements

  • Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role in a high-volume kitchen environment

  • Excellent knowledge of culinary techniques and practices

  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work as part of a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues

  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays

  • Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality food

  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations

  • Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately

  • Excellent communication skills
