Job description

  • Performing routine maintenance tasks such as carpentry work, minor repairs, and painting when required

  • Conducting regular inspections to identify and resolve any issues related to woodwork or structural components

  • Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and colleagues

  • Assisting with the setup and breakdown of materials, structures, and décor for events and functions

  • Ensuring compliance with all health and safety regulations at all times

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in general maintenance tasks

  • Knowledge of basic carpentry and painting techniques

  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
