Job description

  • Manage and lead a team of bartenders to deliver outstanding customer service

  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

  • Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for guests

  • Train staff on proper drink preparation and service techniques

  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a bar or restaurant setting

  • Demonstrated knowledge of beverage operations, including inventory management and ordering

  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations

  • Knowledge of food and beverage regulations and compliance standards

  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
