
Job description
Manage and lead a team of bartenders to deliver outstanding customer service
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Create and maintain a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere for guests
Train staff on proper drink preparation and service techniques
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
Job requirements
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in a bar or restaurant setting
Demonstrated knowledge of beverage operations, including inventory management and ordering
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations
Knowledge of food and beverage regulations and compliance standards
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
