Bar Manager at Corendon Hotels & Resorts Curaçao

We are currently looking for a dedicated and experienced Bar Manager to become a part of our team at Mangrove Beach Corendon Curacao and The Rif at Mangrove Beach. Experience working with Hilton and or Marriott standards is preferred. The Bar Manager will be responsible for overseeing the bar operations, managing inventory, and ensuring exceptional customer service.

• Lead a team of bartenders and bar staff

• Develop and implement bar menus and promotions

• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization

• Monitor and control beverage costs

To be considered for the Bar Manager role in the Mangrove Beach Corendon Curacao and The Rif at Mangrove Beach, candidates must meet the following requirements:

• Proven experience in managing a bar or beverage operation

• Strong knowledge of beverage trends and mixology

• Excellent leadership and team management skills

• Ability to create and maintain a positive guest experience

• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

• Understanding of inventory management and cost control

• Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

• Relevant certifications or training in bartending and alcohol service
