We are seeking a dedicated Bar Manager to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team at Corendon Hotels & Resorts Curaçao. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the bar operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality.
Manage day-to-day bar operations and staff
Develop and implement bar menus and promotions
Train and supervise bar staff to deliver outstanding service
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Job requirements
Proven experience in managing a bar or beverage operation
Strong knowledge of beverage trends and mixology
Excellent leadership and team management skills
Ability to create and maintain a positive guest experience
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Understanding of inventory management and cost control
Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Relevant certifications or training in bartending and alcohol service
