Job description

We are seeking a dedicated Bar Manager to join our dynamic Food & Beverage team at Corendon Hotels & Resorts Curaçao. As the Bar Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the bar operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality.

  • Manage day-to-day bar operations and staff

  • Develop and implement bar menus and promotions

  • Train and supervise bar staff to deliver outstanding service

  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed

  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Job requirements

  • Proven experience in managing a bar or beverage operation

  • Strong knowledge of beverage trends and mixology

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills

  • Ability to create and maintain a positive guest experience

  • Effective communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Understanding of inventory management and cost control

  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment

  • Relevant certifications or training in bartending and alcohol service
