Banqueting Manager 

We are seeking a Banqueting Manager to join our Food & Beverage team. As the Banqueting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all banqueting operations, ensuring seamless execution of events and functions.

  • Manage and coordinate all banqueting activities
  • Supervise banquet staff and ensure exceptional service delivery
  • Collaborate with the culinary team to create customized menus
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 3 years experience in banqueting or event management
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of food and beverage operations
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Proven track record of successful event execution
