We are seeking a Banqueting Manager to join our Food & Beverage team. As the Banqueting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all banqueting operations, ensuring seamless execution of events and functions.
- Manage and coordinate all banqueting activities
- Supervise banquet staff and ensure exceptional service delivery
- Collaborate with the culinary team to create customized menus
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Maintain inventory of banquet supplies and equipment
Job requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in banqueting or event management
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
