Assist the Housekeeping Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the housekeeping department

Coordinate and supervise the cleaning staff to maintain high standards of cleanliness

Inspect guest rooms and public areas to ensure they meet our quality standards

Train and mentor housekeeping staff to provide exceptional service to our guests

Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment

Minimum of 2 years experience in a supervisory role within the housekeeping industry

Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of housekeeping staff

Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members

Knowledge of housekeeping procedures, cleaning techniques, and safety standards

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards

Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed

Proficiency in using housekeeping management software and tools
