Mangrove Beach Corendon Curaçao is seeking talented and passionate Assistants Chef de Partie to join our dynamic Kitchen department. As an Assistant Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Chef de Partie in the preparation and production of high-quality dishes.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
Assisting the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking menu items according to the established recipes and standards
Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen stations
Monitoring food quality and presentation
Collaborating with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious dishes
Following all health and safety regulations

To be considered for the Assistant Chef de Partie position at Corendon Mangrove Beach in the Kitchen department, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional kitchen environment
Demonstrated knowledge of food preparation techniques and kitchen equipment
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced culinary setting
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
Adherence to food safety and sanitation regulations
