Mangrove Beach Corendon Curaçao is seeking a talented and passionate Assistant Chef de Partie to join our dynamic Kitchen department. As an Assistant Chef de Partie, you will play a crucial role in assisting the Chef de Partie in the preparation and production of high-quality dishes.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting the Chef de Partie in preparing and cooking menu items according to the established recipes and standards
• Ensuring the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen stations
• Monitoring food quality and presentation
• Collaborating with the culinary team to create innovative and delicious dishes
• Following all health and safety regulations

The ideal candidate for this position has a passion for culinary arts, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work well under pressure. You should have previous experience in a similar role and possess excellent communication and teamwork skills.
