Allaround Maintanance Employee at The Rif

We are seeking a dedicated All-around Maintenance Employee to join our team at The Rif Curacao in the Maintenance department. As an integral part of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our facilities to provide a comfortable and safe environment for our guests and staff.

• Performing routine maintenance tasks such as painting, carpentry work, and basic plumbing repairs

• Conducting regular inspections to identify and address any maintenance issues

• Responding promptly to maintenance requests from guests and colleagues

• Assisting with the setup and breakdown of equipment for events and functions

• Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

• Proven experience in general maintenance tasks

• Ability to perform repairs on plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems

• Knowledge of basic carpentry and painting techniques

• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment

• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
