Corendon Mangrove Beach Resort is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our Food and Beverage (F&B) department as a Waiter. As a Waiter, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take orders from guests and provide recommendations on menu items

• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner

• Ensure accuracy in order delivery and address any concerns or special requests

• Provide excellent customer service and promptly respond to guest inquiries

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas

• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations

• Prior experience as a waiter or in a similar customer service role

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Strong attention to detail

• Knowledge of food and beverage menu items

• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately

• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
