Mondi Beach Club at Corendon Mangrove Beach is seeking a dedicated and customer-oriented individual to join our Food and Beverage (F&B) department as a Waiter. As a Waiter, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

In this position, you will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction. Your friendly and professional demeanor will contribute to creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take orders from guests and provide recommendations on menu items
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure accuracy in order delivery and address any concerns or special requests
• Provide excellent customer service and promptly respond to guest inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth operations

• Prior experience as a waiter or in a similar customer service role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail
• Knowledge of food and beverage menu items
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
