Job description

  • Lead and motivate a talented F&B team to deliver outstanding results

  • Take an active role in food and beverage preparation and service

  • Create unforgettable dining experiences by engaging warmly with our guests

  • Maintain impeccable cleanliness and organization throughout the operation

  • Handle guest inquiries with confidence and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction

Job requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a service‑oriented environment, preferably in a similar role

  • Strong motivation and self‑discipline

  • A genuine passion for hospitality

  • Confident leadership skills

  • A service‑oriented and hospitable attitude

  • Social, approachable, and outgoing personality

  • Proficiency in Dutch and English

  • Flexible availability
