
Job description
Clean, service and inspect guest rooms to ensure a comfortable, welcoming stay.
Change bed linen, make beds, and replace towels and bathroom amenities.
Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and polish all room surfaces.
Empty trash containers and maintain overall room cleanliness.
Restock minibars and ensure all items are correctly replenished.
Clean public areas such as corridors when assigned.
Greet guests warmly, respond to questions, and offer helpful information.
Report maintenance issues and technical problems promptly.
Update room status on assignment sheets and maintain accurate records.
Return and restock cleaning carts at the end of each shift.
Job requirements
A friendly, service‑minded attitude with strong guest‑orientation.
Accuracy, responsibility, and the ability to work efficiently.
At least 1 year of experience in cleaning or housekeeping.
Strong communication skills and respectful teamwork.
Ability to follow procedures, meet quality standards, and take feedback.
Flexibility to support the department and assist where needed.
Basic verbal and written communication skills in English.
