Security Manager at Corendon Mangrove Beach

We are seeking a dedicated Security Manager to join our team at Corendon Hotels & Resorts Curaçao in the Security department. As the Security Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all security operations at Corendon Mangrove Beach to ensure the safety and security of our guests and staff.

  • Manage and supervise security staff to maintain a safe environment

  • Develop and implement security policies and procedures

  • Conduct regular security assessments and audits

  • Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services

  • Respond to security incidents and conduct investigations

Job requirements

Job Requirements for Security Manager at Corendon Mangrove Beach

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management

  • Proven track record in implementing security protocols and procedures

  • Strong knowledge of security systems and technologies

  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

  • Ability to work well under pressure and handle crisis situations
