Job Description: Room Attendant

Corendon Mangrove Beach Resort is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping department. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms.

Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms in accordance with established standards and procedures
• Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are replenished
• Dust, vacuum, and clean all surfaces, including furniture and fixtures
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor
• Ensure all lost and found items are properly documented and stored
• Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times

• Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar role is preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
• Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
• Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
