Job Description: Room Attendant
Corendon Mangrove Beach Resort is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Room Attendant to join our Housekeeping department. As a Room Attendant, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and comfort of our guests' rooms.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain assigned guest rooms in accordance with established standards and procedures
- Make beds, change linens, and ensure all amenities are replenished
- Dust, vacuum, and clean all surfaces, including furniture and fixtures
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the Housekeeping Supervisor
- Ensure all lost and found items are properly documented and stored
- Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times
Job requirements
- Previous experience as a Room Attendant or in a similar role is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety guidelines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and a strong work ethic
