The Ritz Curacao is seeking a dedicated and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our dynamic team in the Food and Beverage department. As a F&B Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant and bar and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant and bar, including opening and closing procedures
• Supervise and train F&B team members to deliver excellent customer service
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
• Manage inventory and order supplies as needed
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
• Assist in creating and implementing new menu items and promotions
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
