Resort Manager

We are seeking a dedicated Resort Manager to join our team at Corendon Hotels & Resorts Curaçao. As a Resort Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our resort, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.

• Manage and coordinate all resort activities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

• Develop and implement strategies to achieve business goals

• Supervise staff and provide training and development opportunities

• Maintain a safe and secure environment for guests and employees

• Proven experience in managing a resort or hotel

• Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to motivate a team

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices

• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

• Proficiency in relevant software applications

• Flexibility to work irregular hours and weekends as needed

• Fluency in English, Dutch, Spanish
