  • Assist customers in booking reservations for accommodations, transportation, and other services

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person

  • Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions

  • Process reservations accurately and efficiently

  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction

  • Maintain a positive attitude and provide excellent customer service at all times
