Quality Assurance Manager at Corendon Hotels & Resorts Curaçao

Corendon Hotels & Resorts Curaçao is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Manager to join our Management team. As the Quality Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that our hotel operations meet the highest standards of quality and guest satisfaction.

In this role, you will develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures, conduct regular audits, and provide training to our staff to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards. 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
  • Provide training to staff on quality assurance processes and procedures
  • Analyze guest feedback and implement improvements to enhance guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
  • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of quality assurance initiatives

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Manager or similar role in the hospitality industry
  • Strong knowledge of quality assurance methodologies and tools
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and leadership abilities

Job requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in quality assurance within the hospitality industry
  • Proven track record in implementing and maintaining quality management systems
  • Strong knowledge of quality standards and regulations
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
