Payroll Administrator at Corendon Hotels & Resorts Curaçao
Corendon Hotels & Resorts Curaçao is seeking a Payroll Administrator to join our dynamic Human Resources department. As a Payroll Administrator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring accurate and timely processing of payroll for our employees.
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate payroll records and employee data
- Responding to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
- Assist Payroll Manager with other daily payroll tasks
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing
- Support the HR department with HR related tasks
Job requirements
Job Requirements: Payroll Administrator
following job requirements:
- SBO / MBO degree in administration or finance
- No 8 to 5 work mentality
- Understanding of payroll processes, tax regulations, and labor laws is a plus
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
- Ability to handle confidential information with integrity
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as well within the team
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
- Experience with AFAS system is a plus
