Night Manager at Corendon Hotels & Resorts Curaçao
Corendon Hotels & Resorts Curaçao is seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Manager to join our team. As the Night Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the night operations of the hotel, including front desk, security, and housekeeping
- Manage and supervise the night staff, ensuring they provide exceptional service to our guests
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally
- Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises and guests during the night
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Prepare and distribute reports on nightly operations to the management team
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
- Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays
