Corendon Hotels & Resorts Curaçao is seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Manager to join our team. As the Night Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the night shift.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the night operations of the hotel, including front desk, security, and housekeeping
  • Manage and supervise the night staff, ensuring they provide exceptional service to our guests
  • Handle guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly and professionally
  • Ensure the safety and security of the hotel premises and guests during the night
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
  • Prepare and distribute reports on nightly operations to the management team

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work independently and make decisions under pressure
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays

  • Knowledge and or understanding of Night Auditing.
