We are seeking a dedicated and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our team at the Mondi Beach Club. As the F&B Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the food and beverage department, ensuring exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

• Manage and lead a team of F&B staff
• Coordinate with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth operations
• Monitor inventory and order supplies as needed
• Train and mentor staff to maintain high standards of service

Job Requirements for the Mondi Beach Club F&B Supervisor Role

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role in the food and beverage industry
• Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and procedures
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
