Mondi Beach Club is seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Manager to join our team at the Mondi Beach Club. As the F&B Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all food and beverage operations at the club, ensuring exceptional service and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the F&B department at Mondi Beach Club
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial targets and maximize revenue
- Ensure high-quality food and beverage offerings, maintaining consistency and adhering to brand standards
- Train and motivate staff to deliver excellent customer service
- Monitor and control costs, including inventory management and budgeting
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Stay updated with industry trends and implement innovative ideas to enhance the guest experience
Job requirements
- Proven experience as an F&B Manager or similar role in a hospitality setting
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
