Mondi Beach Club - Executive Chef 

We are seeking a talented Executive Chef to join our team at Mondi Beach Club in the Kitchen department. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing the culinary operations, menu planning, and ensuring high-quality food production.

  • Lead and mentor a team of culinary professionals
  • Develop innovative menus and culinary creations
  • Maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and presentation
  • Collaborate with other departments to deliver exceptional dining experiences
  • Manage food costs and inventory effectively


Job requirements


  • Proven experience as an Executive Chef or similar role
  • Excellent leadership and management skills
  • Strong understanding of kitchen operations
  • Ability to create innovative and high-quality menus
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities
  • Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Culinary degree or relevant certification is a plus
