Job description

The Rif Curacao is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Maintenance Supervisor to join our Maintenance department. As a Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities, ensuring they are in excellent condition at all times.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance and support

  • Plan and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring timely completion

  • Inspect facilities regularly to identify any maintenance needs

  • Coordinate with external contractors for specialized repairs

  • Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies

  • Respond to maintenance requests and resolve issues promptly

  • Train and develop maintenance staff to enhance their skills

Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry

  • Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures and techniques

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

  • Flexibility to work on-call and during weekends or holidays if required
