
Job description
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Administrator to support the daily HR activities across our four resorts in Curaçao. This is an entry-level role, ideal for someone starting their career in Human Resources and looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Key Responsibilities
· Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing contracts and employee documents.
· Maintain employee files and HR records accurately and confidentially.
· Assist with data entry and updates in HR systems.
· Prepare HR letters and confirmations.
· Respond to employee HR-related questions and direct them to the appropriate team member when needed.
· Provide administrative support to the HR team.
Job requirements
· Completed or ongoing education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.
· Comfortable working in a busy, operational environment.
