
Job description
Support daily operations by keeping resort facilities clean, safe, and in good working order
Assist housekeeping with linen transport, public‑area cleaning, and poolside setup
Deliver towels, amenities, and materials across the resort
Welcome guests, assist with check‑ins, and escort them to their rooms
Provide basic explanations about in‑room features and resort facilities
Help with luggage during arrivals, departures, and room moves
Report technical issues and coordinate with the Technical Department
Keep a clear log of completed tasks and observations
Job requirements
A service‑minded, friendly, and helpful attitude
Accuracy, responsibility, and the ability to work efficiently
Willingness to support both technical and housekeeping tasks
