Job description

Performing general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry work

Repairing and maintaining equipment and machinery
Inspecting and troubleshooting issues in guest rooms, common areas, and outdoor spaces
Responding to maintenance requests in a timely manner
Assisting with the installation of new equipment and fixtures
Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and procedures

Job requirements

Prior experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge of general maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
Ability to troubleshoot and repair various equipment and systems
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Flexibility to work on weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed
