We are seeking a dedicated Guest Assistant to join our team in the Concierge department at Mangrove Beach Corendon Hotels & Resorts Curaçao. As a Guest Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay.
Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival
Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options
Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly
Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
Job requirements
Minimum of 1 year experience in a customer service role
Excellent communication skills in English and Dutch
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work well in a team and independently
Knowledge of local attractions and services
