We are seeking a dedicated Guest Assistant to join our team in the Concierge department at Corendon Hotels & Resorts Curaçao. As a Guest Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting them with their needs during their stay.

  • Warmly greet and welcome guests upon arrival

  • Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures

  • Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and dining options

  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues or complaints promptly

  • Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
