Job description

As a German Speaking Customer Service Agent, you are the first point of contact for our guests and ensure they feel welcome from the moment they arrive. You are responsible for check‑ins and check‑outs, answering questions, and creating a warm and personal experience.

Job requirements

  • Excellent conversational German and English‑speaking skills.

  • You have strong communication skills and a hospitable appearance.

  • You have relevant work experience in hospitality or a similar role.

  • You are enthusiastic and gain energy from daily contact with guests.

  • You are creative in finding solutions and enjoy creating structure and overview.

  • You handle numbers and administrative tasks, such as payments and invoices, with care.

  • Experience with Opera is considered an advantage.

  • You are available to work all shifts, including evenings and weekends.
